While living in Germany in 2002 I began selling Brazilian products on Ebay to help finance my studies. Since then I’ve been working with internet marketing and web businesses.
Besides working as a digital business consultant, I built Vortio, a social media analysis company and we quickly grew the business of our main partner, uberVU, who were later acquired by Hootsuite.
At the same time we built a clustering engine for generating quick social media insights, that is able to process huge amounts of data in 7 diferent languages. The technology has been acquired by Sentimonitor, a Brazilian social media analysis startup.
I teach digital marketing at IBMEC-RIO, one of Brazil’s leading business schools and I focus on strategic planning, SEO and growth hacking.
